Everything You Need to Know Before You Move In
What is included in the rent?
The rent covers your fully furnished room; bed and mattress, wardrobe, study table, chair, Wi-Fi, and an attached bathroom. Common area maintenance and 24-hour security are handled by the gated community.
Is there a brokerage fee?
No. Atrumah charges zero brokerage. What you see is what you pay.
What is the minimum stay?
All our rooms require a minimum stay of one year.
How much is the security deposit?
The refundable security deposit is ₹12,000 for most rooms, and ₹20,000 for the solo occupancy room at Olympia Opaline. This is fully refundable at the end of your stay.
How much notice do I need to give before moving out?
One month’s written notice is required before vacating.
Are the rooms inside gated communities?
Yes, every single room listed on Atrumah is inside a verified, managed gated community with 24-hour security, CCTV, and power backup.
Can I visit the room before committing?
Absolutely. We encourage a site visit before booking. Reach out to us and we’ll arrange it at a time that works for you.
Who are these rooms best suited for?
Our rooms are ideal for working professionals, IT employees, and individuals relocating to the OMR corridor who want a comfortable, hassle-free living setup close to work.
Is food included?
No, food is not included. Our rooms are co-living spaces, not PGs with meal plans. Most of our communities have a grocery store nearby, and several have in-house cafeterias or mess facilities.
